Real Estate is my Passion!
I graduated from Sawyers College of Business as a Legal Secretary in 1981, which enabled me to work in the Legal Department of a Real Estate Management Company in New York. In 1985 I was involved in the Real Estate aspect of their company and started to work more closely with the owners and investors managing their properties.
It was very interesting to see how they purchased, sold and managed Real Estate. Inspiring me to a new career.
In 1987 I went for my license as a Real Estate Agent and started my career in the re-sale market. I worked with many first time Hispanic homebuyers. Being able to speak Spanish allowed me to help a large Spanish community in Long Island, New York.
In 1997 my family and I moved to Phoenix, Arizona. My previous experience in New York helped me to understand the needs of a much larger Hispanic community. I have worked with many investors from all over the country who have invested in our State, helping both buyers and sellers. I have also participated in the construction of individual homes throughout the phoenix area, targeting first time homebuyers.
In 2001 I became the Designated Real Estate Brokers for Latin American Realty, Inc., which became Home America Realty, Inc in 2005.
I served as Secretary for H.A.R.E.P. (Hispanic Association Real Estate Professionals) in 1999.
Not only do I love what I do. But I find great pleasure helping many people in one of the most rewarding investment of their life.
I find time to spend with my children and enjoy the simple things life has to offer.
